Jessica and Jack’s beautiful marquee wedding is an absolute treat. I had the pleasure of photographing their wedding over the summer and as soon as I turned up and saw that Jack had given his bride a crate of different types of gin as a wedding present – I knew I was going to enjoy it!
They had their ceremony in the church just behind their house and their reception was held at the college where they work. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and it made the perfect setting for their marquee.
They decorated the inside of the marquee with all kinds of amazing details. Lots of rustic greenery running up the tables (which turned into hair garlands for a lot of their guests later in the evenings), and little gold hand-made animals for the table names and place names. Lots of empty gin bottles filled with water for their guests made gorgeous table decorations – I mean, anything gin works for me.
Jessica wore an incredible Claire Pettibone wedding dress, which was so beautifully unique. The back of the dress was just as amazing! Jessica also wore a pretty flower crown which finished off her look perfectly.
Their whole day was super relaxed and so much fun to be around. Thank you so much for having me, I had such a wonderful time photographing your marquee wedding and also learning a new cocktail! xxx
