Caswell House Wedding.
When Jade got in touch with me first about photographing their wedding at the beautiful Caswell House I was super happy. It’s a beautiful venue and one I’d been wanting to photograph at. Then when we discussed more details about their day, I was even more excited to photograph their wedding as I knew it was going to be beautiful.
When I arrived at Caswell House in the morning to photograph the bridal prep, everyone was pretty calm but there was definitely an excited feeling going around. Jade was in the middle of getting her makeup done by the super talented Katy Pheiffer (who also did my makeup for my wedding so I can HIGHLY recommend her – she’s basically a magician) – and the rest of the girls were finishing getting their hair done.
Matt was busy getting ready over the other side of Caswell House, which meant I could nip between the two to get a few shots of the groom making sure everything was ready his end – along with a wedding prep cigar!
Jade wore a delicate Kenneth Winston wedding dress – and she looked absolutely stunning. Her bridesmaids all wore pale pink dresses from ASOS and together with their pale pink and cream flowers, all looked incredible.
The ceremony room at Caswell House was set up with pink and cream rose petals, a canopy of fairy lights, and lots of beautiful hand made touches. As the guests came in and took their seats, I could tell there was a lot of love for the bride and groom. Then as Jade walked down the isle, it certainly was clear from the emotion from everyone how much these two loved each other!
The day was filled with handmade touches, little signs and little decorations all over. Everywhere I pointed my camera there was something beautiful to photograph! The day was also filled with loveliest people – who were all so friendly to me and made it so nice to be a part of the Jade and Matt’s day.
Thank you! xxx
